My journey with Reiki began in the deepest part of my grief. I lost my baby girl, Isabella, at 31 weeks gestation. It was a heartbreak that changed me forever. It’s not something most people expect to read right away, but that loss was the beginning of my spiritual path, and it’s where my story truly starts.

Shortly after giving birth to my “sleeping” Isabella, I received my first Reiki healing from my younger brother, Abraham. I was overwhelmed by sorrow; my mind was scattered and heavy. I needed something. Anything that could help me breathe again and quiet the chaos within.

After that first session, something shifted. The buzzing thoughts and unbearable weight began to settle. My mind, once filled with noise, became still. It was as if all the restless parts of me had curled up and found peace. For the first time in what felt like forever, I could take a full breath. I could begin to function, even if only for a moment.

That moment of clarity and relief became the catalyst for my healing. I knew I didn’t want to stay in that dark place, and I knew Isabella wouldn’t want that for me, not then, not now, not ever. Reiki became a lifeline. I continued receiving healing from different practitioners until, over time, the path became clear: I was meant to learn and share this work myself.

On December 9, 2024, I received my Master attunement in Usui Holy Fire® III Reiki, three years into my journey.
Then, on September 30, 2025, I was attuned to Shamballa Multidimensional Healing Reiki, which deepened my connection to higher frequencies of light and love and expanded the way I hold space for others.

I feel deeply called to offer Reiki because I know firsthand how transformative it can be. I don’t claim it’s the answer, but it may be an answer for you – just as it was for me.
