About Aubrey E. Garcia
A Journey of Healing and Helping Others Heal
Aubrey earned her Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy in Melbourne, Australia. While studying full-time, she also worked part-time and trained at a local boxing gym, where an overuse injury led to bursitis in her right shoulder.
That experience shaped everything.
Treating clients while managing her own pain gave her a firsthand understanding of what it means to live with limitation. Recovery required time, discipline, and a combination of massage therapy, physiotherapy, acupuncture, and self-guided rehabilitation.
That process built lasting empathy for those navigating pain and recovery.
Today, Aubrey brings that lived experience into every session.
Her work is focused on helping clients reduce pain, restore movement, and support long-term recovery through targeted, therapeutic bodywork.
Her approach includes:
- PNF stretching
- Trigger point therapy
- Myofascial release
- Deep tissue massage
Each session includes assessment of joint and muscle range of motion to track progress and ensure treatment is effective.
Bridging Structure and Energy
As her work deepened, so did her understanding of healing.
Massage therapy taught her about structure. Loss taught her about the soul.
After the passing of her daughter, Isabella, Aubrey’s understanding of healing expanded beyond the physical. She came to recognize that healing also includes the emotional and energetic body.
This became the bridge between her work in massage therapy and her path as a Reiki practitioner.
Inspired by Legacy
When asked what led her to pursue massage therapy, Aubrey shares,
“I aspire to be like my late grandmother, who passed away at ninety-nine—just two months shy of her hundredth birthday. She was a revered healer in her village, known for her work as a massage therapist. To follow in her footsteps is both an honor and a deep responsibility. I don’t take lightly the trust placed in me when someone allows me to work closely and hands-on to support their healing journey.”
